What you see
A plain-English band with an honest confidence level — never an invented "exact valuation". Bands come from real Land Registry sold prices, computed deterministically. No AI guesses in the numbers, and if an area has too little recent sold data we show nothing rather than a shaky number.

Remember Property Bee?
If you used Property Bee — or use Property Log today — you know the feeling of a portal page that tells you less than it could. Price-drop trackers show you a listing moved; the Companion is the successor to that idea for the other half of the question: how low could you actually go? History tools look backwards. This reads the price in front of you against what genuinely sold nearby.
What it reads — and what it never reads
Exactly four facts, parsed in your browserfrom the detail page you're viewing: asking price, postcode, bedrooms, property type. That is the complete list. It runs only on property detail pages, never on search results or any other site. Our servers never visit the portals — the extension sends those four facts to the Nestraq API and renders the band that comes back. Strictly read-only: it never alters, clicks or injects anything into the listing itself.
Free, with honest limits
Deal bands are free — and stay free.40 badge checks a day, no account needed. "Free forever" is scoped to exactly that: scores and bands. Nestraq's paid product — revealing a home's exact address, full comparables and the diligence report — is separate and entirely optional. Hit the daily limit and the badge simply points you at unlimited free scores in the Nestraq app. No nagging, no countdowns, no dark patterns.
