How we make money
Nestraq makes money exactly one way: when you choose to reveal a home's exact address and full comparables. Deal-scores are free and unlimited, and nobody pays us to make a listing look good. If we called a bad deal good, you'd waste a reveal and leave.
The one way
You can score as many listings as you like, forever, for free. The only thing you ever pay for is a reveal— unlocking a home's exact address, sold comparables and the full diligence report. Every account starts with 3 free reveals. Pro (£12/mo) includes 25 a month, Premium (£30/mo) includes 60, and beyond that it's £0.30 each. That is the entire business.
What we don't take
- Nothing from sellers or their agents. No listing fees, no featured placements, no "premium listing" upsells.
- No sourcing fees.We don't charge a packaging fee or a percentage on any deal the radar surfaces.
- No affiliate commissions. We aren't paid when you choose a mortgage broker, conveyancer or surveyor.
- No advertising, no lead-selling.We don't sell your details or your search activity to anyone.
Why that matters
Rightmove and Zoopla are paid by sellers' agents. Nestraqis paid by you. That's why we can say a listing looks overpriced — and they don't.
A portal's incentive is to make every listing look worth your click. Ours points the other way: the radar has to be right when it says wait. An honest "over-priced" verdict costs us a reveal today and earns your next hundred — so the radar tells you when it's not a deal with the same energy it tells you when it is.
Our promise on this page
This page is the contract. If our model ever changed — say we ever added a partner referral — this page changes first, before that revenue exists. Today the list above is complete: reveals are the business.
Deal-scores and estimates are statistical models to focus your search — not RICS valuations or financial advice — and are always shown with their sources and a confidence band. Full pricing is on the pricing section.
