Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nestraq (the “Service”), provided to you in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Nestraq is — and is not

Nestraq monitors the property market and provides automated, model-based estimates — an estimated market value (AVM), a deal-score comparing the asking price to that estimate, estimated rental yield, and information drawn from public datasets. These are estimates and information only. They are notRICS “Red Book” valuations, a survey, a mortgage valuation, or regulated financial, investment, mortgage, tax or legal advice, and they do not take account of your personal circumstances. Always verify a property against the original listing and seek advice from suitably qualified professionals before making any decision.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

Nestraq offers a free tier and paid tiers (Pro and Premium). Paid tiers are auto-renewing subscriptions that continue until cancelled. On iOS, subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, the subscription renews automatically at the stated price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the stated price unless cancelled before it ends, and any unused portion of a trial is forfeited on purchase. Any web billing is handled by our payment processor on equivalent terms. Statutory cancellation and refund rights under UK consumer law continue to apply; App Store purchases are also subject to Apple's refund process.

Acceptable use

The Service is for your personal, non-automated use. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the underlying licensed or public-register data, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the Service to build a competing dataset. Listing photos and full details remain on the source portals we link to.

Data sources & intellectual property

Market data is sourced from licensed providers and public registers. The Service contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0, and includes data from HM Land Registry, Police.uk, Ofsted, the Department for Education and the Environment Agency; none of these organisations endorses Nestraq. The Nestraq name, app and original content are our intellectual property.

No guarantee & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that any estimate, listing event, score or alert is complete, current or correct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestraq is not liable for losses arising from decisions you make in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them as the Service evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Questions: [email protected].
