When you'd pay, and for what
You pay only when you want the full pack on a specific home: the exact address, our estimate with its band, 20 sold comparables, EPC detail and mobile signal. Pro is £12/mo with 25 reveals included; you can cancel any time from the app via the Stripe billing portal. The subscription is priced so that avoiding a single percent of overpayment on a typical home covers years of it.
Use it alongside the portals, not instead of them
Keep your Rightmove and Zoopla saved searches — they are good at showing you what exists. Nestraq adds the layer they are not built to give you: which of those listings is actually worth your time, and what the evidence says a fair figure looks like. When it is time to make an offer, you walk in with comparables instead of vibes.
When Nestraq isn't the right tool for you
